City Art Gallery presents new works by ECU alumnus, Richard Fennell. Join us for an evening with one of North Carolina's premier painters. Richard Fennell captures the changing of the seasons and the evolution of nature as seasonal cycles progress. Using a rich palette of colors suggested by his surroundings and a highly developed brush technique, the artist depicts not only the landscape of North Carolina but also the elements that make it what it is. It is a very personal, light-filled, lush vision.

Mark and Chris visited hunting camps throughout Eastern North Carolina last fall to capture the beauty of the landscapes. Opening Reception Tonight!!!

Tonight we will be hosting All Things French: A Collection of Adventures, with New Works by Hilarie Lambert and Jennifer Young. View these new exciting works this evening from 6-8pm, both of the artist will be in attendance talking informally about their works. We will also be having a tasting of French wines. We are busy as can be getting ready for the up coming shows. Heart Institute June 18th 4-8pm, and Coral Bay Show June 28th & 29th. So we are getting lots of new work in everyday, check the website for new works City Art. New Painting from Hilarie

Wow its going to be a busy next few weeks! Lots to do for the upcoming Summer Salon at the East Carolina Heart Institute, on June 18th 4-8pm. Today we got the last of the posters printed and took a few over to the Institute.
